How to receive the translated documents
Pickup
You can arrange to pick up your order in person at my office during regular business hours with a scheduled appointment.
Express Mail
By choosing Express Mail, you will receive your order in a short period of time. Express Mail includes a tracking number. Express Mail usually costs $25 and guarantees delivery within 1-4 days,
Regular Mail
Regular mail delivery is available to customers at their own expense. Please note that regular mail does not include tracking and usually takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

How it works
You provide scanned documents or photos for translation.
The submitted photos should be clear and of the highest possible quality.
The correct spelling of all proper names in the documents must accompany the photos.
You will be informed of the cost and the time required to complete the translation.
You make the payment using one of the available methods.
The draft of the translation will be sent to you for your review.
You review the drafts, specify any required changes, and send them back.
We review the files, make necessary changes, and send you scanned copies of the final translations.
If needed, you will receive hard copies of the translations.
How to receive documents:
– Pick up in person at any time of the day with prior appointment.
– Receive by regular mail (customer is responsible for shipping costs).
– Receive by express mail (customer is responsible for shipping costs).
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the translations will be stamped and signed by an official translator.
We require clear and high-quality photos of your dosuments. Please provide the correct spelling of any proper names mentioned in the documents along with the photos you send. Send them to me at info@ashrafi.ca, on WhatsApp or Telegram, on Facebook. You can also bring them to my office in person.
No, upon request, you can receive translations through regular mail or express mail.
